Terms and Conditions Panchratna Villa

• ID proofs are mandatory for all. It is mandatory for guests to present valid Govt id address proof at the time of check-in.

• Children are the responsibility of their parents and must be accompanied by and be under parental guidance at all times. If a child (a person under 16 years of age) arrives at the hotel, they will not be permitted to stay unless accompanied by an adult.

• Shoes and pointed heels are not allowed within the villa.

• Smoking inside the villa including bathrooms is strictly not allowed. Free to smoke at gazebo and pool Deck only.

• Hookha and Shisha are strictly to be consumed at pool deck and gazebo only.

• Kitchen timming: 8am- 11:00midnight

• Food will be served in the dinning area only.

• Swimming pool Timings: 10am-10pm.

• All guest using swimming pool at their own risk. Management is not responsible for any accident caused to guest.

• Loud music is only allowed till 10:30pm.

• 5000/- rupees need to handover in cash at the time of arrival as a security deposit and it will be refunded at the time of your departure.

• Not to displace any of the property belongings without the permission of the staff.

• Cancellation policy : Booking amount is not refundable.

• The standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and the standard checkout time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable .

• You will be held liable for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid prior to your departure. If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you.

• We respectfully remind you that any items brought into the Hotel, its car parks or grounds including valuables and audio visual equipment, are brought in at your own risk. The Hotel shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guest or anyone connected to the guest’s event/stay at the Hotel, whether the items were left before, during or following the function.

• Pets are not allowed .
